These Terms of Service explain the general terms, payment rules, service scope, confidentiality standards, client responsibilities, revision policy, refund policy, and legal terms applicable to services provided by ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP through our website, consultations, email, WhatsApp, proposals, invoices, service agreements, or project communication channels.

By using our website, requesting a consultation, submitting a free review form, accepting a quotation, making a payment, or engaging ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About ScholarEase

ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP provides professional support across research writing, academic editing, technical documentation, data science, Python analytics, AI/ML workflows, SaaS planning, automation systems, AI-assisted content development, video content planning, and related consultancy services.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

ScholarEase provides professional support based on the agreed scope of work. We do not guarantee academic approval, journal acceptance, search ranking, YouTube growth, business revenue, software success, model accuracy, or any third-party outcome.

2. General Terms Applicable to All Services

These general terms apply to all services provided by ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2.1 Service Engagement

A project begins only after:

  • The client shares the required project details.
  • ScholarEase reviews the requirement.
  • The scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are agreed.
  • The client makes the required advance or milestone payment.
  • ScholarEase confirms the project start in writing.

Submission of a contact form, free review request, inquiry, WhatsApp message, email, or consultation request does not mean that full project work has started.

2.2 Scope of Work

Each project is limited to the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, and number of revisions mentioned in the quotation, proposal, invoice, email, or project agreement.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

2.3 Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful, and authorized materials required for the project, including documents, datasets, references, code files, brand notes, project briefs, website links, access details, or content requirements.

Delays in providing required material may affect the project timeline.

2.4 Accuracy of Submitted Materials

ScholarEase is not responsible for errors, omissions, false claims, inaccurate data, unauthorized content, plagiarized material, fake references, misleading information, or third-party rights violations in materials provided by the client.

2.5 Ethical Use

The client agrees not to use ScholarEase services for plagiarism, fabricated research, fake citations, manipulated data, dishonest academic submission, impersonation, illegal activities, misleading claims, unauthorized copying, or violation of third-party rights.

3. Taxes and Payment Terms

3.1 Indian Clients

For Indian clients, applicable GST will be charged as per Indian tax laws. At present, 18% GST may be applicable on eligible services, unless otherwise specified by law or tax classification.

Payment methods accepted from Indian clients may include:

  • NEFT
  • RTGS
  • Google Pay
  • PhonePe
  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Other approved Indian payment methods

3.2 International Clients

For clients outside India, ScholarEase may accept payments through:

  • Western Union
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • International bank transfer or other approved payment methods

Clients outside India are responsible for any local taxes, bank charges, currency conversion charges, withholding tax, payment gateway fees, or deductions applicable in their country.

An additional 5% surcharge may apply to PayPal and credit card transactions.

3.3 Advance Payment

Most projects require advance payment before work starts. Depending on the project type, ScholarEase may require:

  • 100% advance payment for small projects
  • 50% advance payment and 50% before final delivery
  • Milestone-based payments for larger projects
  • Monthly prepaid payment for ongoing services
  • Custom payment terms for SaaS, automation, AI/ML, or long-term projects

The applicable payment structure will be mentioned in the quotation, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

3.4 Final Delivery

Final files, editable documents, code, reports, videos, dashboards, source files, or project deliverables may be shared only after all pending payments are cleared.

3.5 Late Payments

If a payment is delayed beyond the due date, ScholarEase may pause the project, withhold final deliverables, delay further work, or charge additional administrative or late payment fees.

If the delay continues, ScholarEase may treat the project as stalled or terminated.

4. Free Reviews and Consultations

ScholarEase may offer free basic review options, such as:

  • Free Research Document Review
  • Free Thesis / Dissertation Review
  • Free Manuscript Review
  • Free Technical Document Review
  • Free Content Strategy Review
  • Free Data & Research Analysis Review
  • Free AI/ML & SaaS Project Review

These free reviews are basic first-level assessments only.

They do not include full editing, full writing, full data analysis, full code development, full technical roadmap, full SEO audit, full YouTube audit, full SaaS architecture, complete debugging, complete video editing, complete research execution, or guaranteed outcomes.

ScholarEase may choose whether to accept, reject, or limit free review requests based on suitability, availability, project scope, ethical concerns, or business relevance.

5. Research, Academic and Publication Services

This section applies to research writing, thesis editing, dissertation editing, manuscript editing, journal submission support, reviewer response support, and related academic services.

5.1 Scope

ScholarEase may support:

  • Research proposal structure
  • Literature review organization
  • Methodology section improvement
  • Academic editing
  • Thesis and dissertation editing
  • Research paper editing
  • Manuscript formatting
  • Reviewer response planning
  • Cover letter drafting
  • Publication-readiness review
  • Academic proofreading and formatting

5.2 No Academic Misconduct

ScholarEase does not support plagiarism, fake citations, fabricated data, false authorship, ghost submission, impersonation, manipulated results, fake journal communication, or dishonest academic practices.

5.3 No Publication or Approval Guarantee

ScholarEase does not guarantee:

  • Thesis approval
  • Dissertation approval
  • Journal acceptance
  • Conference acceptance
  • Reviewer approval
  • Supervisor approval
  • Academic degree completion
  • Any fixed publication timeline

Publication and academic decisions are controlled by universities, supervisors, journals, reviewers, editors, institutions, and other third parties.

5.4 Client Responsibility for Submission

The client is responsible for reviewing final documents before submission and ensuring compliance with university, journal, institutional, ethical, plagiarism, formatting, and authorship guidelines.

6. Technical Writing and R&D Documentation Services

This section applies to technical reports, R&D documentation, white papers, SOPs, software documentation, product documentation, process documents, and technical explainers.

6.1 Scope

ScholarEase may support:

  • Technical report writing
  • R&D documentation
  • White paper writing
  • SOP development
  • Product documentation
  • Software documentation
  • Process documentation
  • Technical explainers
  • AI/ML technical documentation
  • Business-ready technical content

6.2 Client Inputs

The client must provide accurate technical details, process notes, product information, screenshots, diagrams, reference files, system descriptions, or other required material.

ScholarEase is not responsible for technical inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect client inputs.

6.3 Technical Validation

Unless specifically agreed, ScholarEase does not perform independent engineering validation, legal compliance validation, safety certification, product certification, or regulatory approval.

7. Data Science, Python Analytics and R&D Analysis Services

This section applies to statistical analysis, Python data analysis, data visualization, machine learning experiments, algorithm implementation, research coding, and R&D analysis support.

7.1 Scope

ScholarEase may support:

  • Statistical analysis
  • Python data analysis
  • Data cleaning and preprocessing
  • Exploratory data analysis
  • Data visualization
  • Machine learning experiments
  • Classification and regression workflows
  • Feature engineering
  • Algorithm implementation

7.2 Data Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that any dataset shared with ScholarEase is legally collected, authorized for use, and does not violate confidentiality, privacy, institutional, contractual, or third-party rights.

Clients should remove sensitive personal information unless it is strictly required and shared through an agreed secure method.

7.3 No Result Guarantee

ScholarEase does not guarantee:

  • Model accuracy
  • Statistical significance
  • Desired research outcome
  • Specific business result
  • Specific prediction performance
  • Publication success based on analysis
  • Approval from a supervisor, journal, client, or authority

Results depend on dataset quality, methodology, scope, limitations, and project conditions.

7.4 Ethical Data Use

ScholarEase does not support fabricated data, manipulated analysis, misleading statistics, fake model performance, or dishonest result reporting.

8. AI/ML, SaaS, Automation and Development Services

This section applies to AI/ML workflows, SaaS MVP planning, automation systems, backend logic, API integrations, dashboards, web apps, WordPress integrations, and deployment support.

8.1 Scope

ScholarEase may support:

  • AI/ML workflow planning
  • SaaS MVP planning
  • Backend logic planning
  • API integration support
  • Automation workflow development
  • Dashboard planning
  • Web app workflow support
  • WordPress + AI workflow integration
  • Form-to-email or form-to-sheet automation
  • Database workflow planning
  • Deployment planning
  • Hostinger VPS deployment guidance
  • Technical documentation for digital systems

8.2 Development Scope

Development work is limited to the agreed features, modules, pages, workflows, integrations, and deliverables. Any additional feature, revision, bug fix outside scope, third-party integration, or change request may be charged separately.

8.3 Third-Party Tools and APIs

Projects may depend on third-party tools, APIs, plugins, hosting platforms, AI models, payment gateways, analytics tools, email services, cloud services, open-source libraries, or software platforms.

ScholarEase is not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime
  • API pricing changes
  • API limitations
  • Policy changes
  • Plugin conflicts
  • Hosting restrictions
  • Platform bugs
  • Account suspensions
  • Licensing issues
  • Version changes
  • External service failures

The client is responsible for third-party subscription fees, license fees, hosting fees, domain fees, API usage charges, plugin costs, payment gateway charges, and other external expenses unless otherwise agreed.

8.4 No Business or Revenue Guarantee

ScholarEase does not guarantee:

  • SaaS revenue
  • User acquisition
  • Startup success
  • Funding
  • App-store approval
  • Platform approval
  • Model accuracy
  • Automation success in all conditions
  • Long-term maintenance unless agreed

8.5 Maintenance

Maintenance, bug fixes, updates, hosting management, monitoring, security patches, API updates, plugin renewals, backups, or ongoing support are not included unless specifically mentioned in the service agreement.

9. AI Content, Video and Digital Content Services

This section applies to SEO blogs, website content, YouTube scripts, educational videos, kids content, English learning content, psychology scripts, AI visuals, visual prompts, metadata, launch assets, and video content workflows.

9.1 Scope

ScholarEase may support:

  • SEO blog writing
  • Website content writing
  • YouTube script writing
  • Educational content development
  • Kids content planning
  • English learning content
  • Psychology/self-growth scripts
  • AI/ML and technology content
  • Visual prompt writing
  • AI visuals and clip planning
  • Video editing workflow support
  • YouTube metadata
  • Launch assets
  • Content calendars
  • AI-assisted content workflows

9.2 No Ranking or Growth Guarantee

ScholarEase does not guarantee:

  • Google ranking
  • Google Discover approval
  • Website traffic
  • YouTube views
  • Subscriber growth
  • Monetization
  • Social media growth
  • Viral performance
  • Search engine indexing
  • Ad revenue

Performance depends on platform algorithms, competition, content quality, consistency, audience behavior, promotion, technical SEO, and other external factors.

9.3 Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication, including factual accuracy, brand alignment, copyright compliance, platform policy compliance, and legal suitability.

10. Project Timelines and Client Delays

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope, client inputs, revision cycles, complexity, and payment schedule.

If the client delays required inputs, approvals, feedback, access, documents, datasets, files, code, references, or payment, the project timeline may be extended.

If a project remains inactive due to client-side delay for more than 30 calendar days, ScholarEase may:

  • Pause the project
  • Revise the delivery timeline
  • Charge additional reactivation or continuation fees
  • Close the project after written notice
  • Treat further work as a new scope

11. Revisions, Rework and Change Requests

11.1 Included Revisions

The number of included revisions will be mentioned in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Revisions apply only to the originally agreed scope.

11.2 Chargeable Rework

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Change in project direction
  • New content requirement
  • New service requirement
  • Additional pages, sections, features, models, scripts, visuals, or deliverables
  • Rework after approval
  • Revisions after final delivery
  • Changes due to incomplete client instructions
  • Changes caused by third-party platform requirements
  • Additional formatting, coding, editing, or analysis not included in scope

11.3 Approval

Once a draft, design, document, workflow, section, feature, or deliverable is approved, later changes may be treated as additional work.

12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds depend on the project type, work stage, and agreed payment terms.

12.1 Before Work Starts

If the client cancels before work has started, ScholarEase may offer a partial refund after deducting payment gateway charges, consultation time, administrative costs, planning effort, and any work already performed.

12.2 After Work Starts

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time, planning, research, review, writing, coding, analysis, design, or technical effort may already have been invested.

12.3 Milestone Projects

For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are non-refundable. Pending milestones may be reviewed separately depending on the agreement.

12.4 Cancellation Format

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or other written communication approved by ScholarEase. Verbal or telephonic cancellation requests may not be accepted.

13. Confidentiality and NDA

ScholarEase respects client confidentiality and handles submitted materials with professional care.

13.1 NDA Commitment

ScholarEase may work with clients under Non-Disclosure Agreements where required. We sign NDA agreements to maintain confidentiality, professional ethics, and responsible handling of sensitive project information.

13.2 Confidential Materials

Confidential materials may include:

  • Research documents
  • Thesis or dissertation drafts
  • Manuscripts
  • Datasets
  • Code files
  • Business ideas
  • SaaS concepts
  • API workflows
  • Technical documents
  • Content plans
  • Video scripts
  • Strategy documents
  • Client communication

13.3 Client Responsibility

Clients should not share passwords, API keys, payment credentials, private server credentials, confidential third-party information, or highly sensitive personal data unless specifically required and shared through an agreed secure method.

13.4 Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations may not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, already known, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law, court order, government authority, or regulatory body.

14. Intellectual Property and Ownership

14.1 Client-Owned Materials

Materials provided by the client remain the property of the client or the rightful owner.

14.2 Final Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables may transfer to the client after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14.3 ScholarEase Materials

ScholarEase may retain ownership of internal processes, templates, frameworks, methods, reusable code, prompt systems, workflow structures, general knowledge, non-client-specific assets, and pre-existing intellectual property.

14.4 Third-Party Assets

Third-party tools, stock assets, plugins, APIs, software, fonts, templates, models, libraries, or licenses remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.

14.5 Portfolio Rights

Unless restricted by NDA or written confidentiality agreement, ScholarEase may refer to completed work in its portfolio, case studies, internal records, or marketing material in a general, non-confidential, redacted, or anonymized manner.

If a client does not want any portfolio mention, this should be agreed in writing before project completion.

15. Third-Party Costs and Additional Expenses

The client is responsible for additional costs required for the project unless otherwise agreed.

These may include:

  • Hosting
  • Domain
  • SSL
  • Premium plugins
  • Software licenses
  • API usage
  • AI tool subscription fees
  • Stock images
  • Fonts
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Cloud storage
  • Server costs
  • External consultant costs
  • Travel or on-site demo costs
  • Third-party platform fees

If external systems create additional work due to server issues, access issues, plugin conflicts, API limitations, or hosting restrictions, additional charges may apply.

16. Communication and Response Time

Clients should provide timely responses, approvals, feedback, and required materials.

Delayed responses may affect delivery timelines.

  • WhatsApp
  • Online meeting
  • Phone call
  • Project documents
  • Shared files
  • Other agreed communication methods

For official project decisions, written confirmation through email or written message is preferred.

17. Service Refusal and Termination

ScholarEase reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate a project if:

  • The request is unethical, illegal, misleading, or harmful.
  • The client asks for plagiarism, fake data, fabricated citations, or dishonest academic work.
  • The client does not provide required information.
  • The client delays payment.
  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally.
  • The scope keeps changing without agreement.
  • The project becomes technically, legally, ethically, or commercially unsuitable.
  • The client violates these Terms of Service.

Either party may terminate a project through written notice. Payment for completed work, used hours, completed milestones, third-party costs, or committed resources may still be payable.

18. Limitation of Liability

ScholarEase provides professional services based on the agreed scope, available information, and reasonable skill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScholarEase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of ranking, loss of publication opportunity, loss of academic approval, loss of data, platform suspension, third-party service failure, or business interruption.

ScholarEase’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

19. No Guarantee of Third-Party Outcomes

ScholarEase cannot control decisions made by:

  • Universities
  • Supervisors
  • Journals
  • Reviewers
  • Editors
  • Search engines
  • YouTube
  • Social media platforms
  • AI platforms
  • Hosting companies
  • Payment gateways
  • App stores
  • Government authorities
  • Third-party APIs
  • Clients’ internal teams
  • End users

Therefore, ScholarEase does not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.

20. Website Use

Visitors agree not to misuse the ScholarEase website, forms, content, resources, or communication channels.

Users must not:

  • Submit false information
  • Upload harmful files
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy website content unlawfully
  • Misrepresent ScholarEase
  • Use the website for spam
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Submit offensive, illegal, or harmful content

ScholarEase may restrict access, block communication, or refuse service in case of misuse.

21. Privacy

Client information is handled according to applicable privacy practices and any Privacy Policy published on the ScholarEase website.

Clients should avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information, passwords, API keys, payment credentials, or confidential third-party information through general website forms.

22. Changes to Terms

ScholarEase may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website or services after updates means the client accepts the revised terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any service agreement between the client and ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Kaimur, Bihar, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms of Service, website use, service agreements, invoices, or project engagements.
